Christy A5 StarWe had a very positive experience with all the work we had done. Christina in the office was a pleasure to work with, very communicative and on top of things. I really liked how you get a text when the technician is on their way, as well as their picture. Jacob and Brandon did a great job and Jacob went out of his way to answer all of our questions. Julian and his assistant did electrical work and I really appreciated how they cleaned up after everything, just really respectful of our space. I do want to call out Tom Bosley because he is the reason that I chose to go with Whitney. He outlined clear expectations and was not trying to oversell or over promise. We've had our A/C unit poorly disconnected for several weeks now due to another company scamming us, but Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained the reinstall process so my husband and I could easily understand and feel at ease.
