We've had such great experiences with Lane Thompson over the nine years that we've lived in Johnson City. They have always been so helpful, accommodating, and responsive...and they've really saved us a few times. Additionally, they are always very professional and knowledgeable...it's clear they know what they are doing and are total pros. And, the costs for services have always been incredibly reasonable. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any HVAC need.

If you are looking for an HVAC contractor that is as honest as the day is long, does excellent work for a fair price, shows up on time, does what they say their going to do, and cleans up after themselves when they are done then look no further, you’ve found them! Moreover, this company is from right here in Eastern Tennessee and the Tri-Cities area. Imagine that! And they act like it too. They are not only good at what they do, they are good friendly folks, just like you! Seriously, you can do business with them with just a handshake. So if you are tired of being jerked around by dishonest and frankly incompetent globalized “chain store” “franchise” contractors, I’d give the folks at Lane Thompson a call. You’ll be glad that you did! Oh, one more thing that I forgot. I asked them to install a vent for me that wasn't in the bid. They went to Lowes bought the vent and installed it and didn't even want to charge me for the work. Of course I paid them what I thought was right. But that's a concrete example of how they do business. There is a reason that they are a five star rated contractor. They put you, their customer, first.

Outstanding service! These guys went above and beyond for us! Our system went out unexpectedly and we called and the worker was here within the hour! They are so professional. I'm blown away at the response time and service we received! They have earned a customer for life. We ended up only needing a small repair! There is no reason to go anywhere else!
