Rafael was the only one to let me know my coil might still be under warranty. I wouldn’t have known to ask. He saved me a ton of money on the part by first checking the warranty status. 2 other companies didn’t even mention it! It was stressful to be without cold air, but Rafa was very up-front, honest and reliable. He came when he said he would, and he didn’t leave until the job was done. I’m glad he was recommended to me, and in the future, I will call Stream Cold Air for my AC needs. Thank you!

Rafael fixed my AC with a new air handler blower motor and a new capacitor near the exterior condenser. Prompt, courteous, and very fair with pricing, he is the best home AC service I have come across. I appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. When he says he will show up, he shows up. He has years of experience and really knows his stuff. Will definitely use this company again for all my AC needs!

We have call Rafael a couple of years ago for our old ac and he fixed the problem but did say we needed a new ac. He gave us a good price for a new but also started calling for other estimates. My husband decided to go with the guy who installed our old one. Long story short, we started having issues and we decided to call Rafael because we were very impressed the last time. He was prompt and honest and fixed the problem. If you are looking for an ac guy, He’s the one. Good work, very professional and an honest guy. Something you don’t get these days.
