The electrician, Nick G, showed up on time, and his tool belt looked very professional. He put on the covers over his shoes to keep my floors clean. He fixed a faulty light switch. Thanks for such amazing work. Two skilled plumbers changed the old and worn-out showerhead. They checked the water flow and made any changes that were needed. One great thing about their work was that they carefully sealed every joint to ensure no leaks. Marc came within an hour of me having a problem with my water heater. In addition to fixing the broken part, he looked at the whole system. He did even more by cleaning out the silt tank that had built up! My water heater wouldn't heat water enough for me to do dishes or take a shower. Johnny found a broken heating part and fixed it. The team also cleaned the tank by removing residues that had built up so that it could make hot water effectively. There were regular power surges in my house that might have damaged my electronics. After careful inspection, Chris and Mike found a loose link inside the panel. It was also suggested that fragile electronics use surge protection.

Called Southern Coast Services for a busted water heater first thing in the morning, scheduled an appointment between 10-12 and they arrived promptly at 10am. Gareth was super friendly and very knowledgeable, his partner Jesse was also very cool and knew his stuff. They got right to work on finding out the issue, providing a high level of detail and solutions. Gareth went even further and found additional house issues we were aware of, also providing us suggestions. He provided multiple quotes for not only the water heater, but the old electrical panel and AC unit that was in serious need of replacing. After talking over with my wife we went ALL IN! This was no small feat, so Gareth called the service manager Mr. Kelly who worked with me to get to a number we were comfortable with and ultimately pulled the trigger. Appreciate ya Mr. Kelly, told ya I’d make sure you were on the review! Next day the work started bright and early, both the plumbing and AC teams arrived on time. Harold, the AC guy, was also super friendly and knowledgeable, and his helper Jesus was very nice and eager to learn the trade. They kept my home inside and out clean and proper, and picked up after themselves throughout the process. If you want the PROS call Southern Coast Services. David and his unit quickly fixed our faulty AC fan. They were on time and began the work right away. After a thorough inspection, they found that the capacitor had some issues, so they fixed it. They also cleaned the filters, which enhanced the working efficacy. The service was very reasonable, so many thanks.

Their customer service is top-notch! When my air conditioner sputtered out on a scorching summer day, I called Southern Coast Services in a desperate sweat. Their customer service rep, He was really helpful. He calmed me down, quickly assessed my situation, and managed to schedule a technician visit within a couple of hours. Steve even followed up after the repair to make sure everything was working perfectly. I can sleep soundly knowing Southern Coast Services has my back (and my cool air) covered.
