Austin F came out and inspected my unit and told me exactly what was going on with it, He researched the unit and found it was under warranty , they ordered the parts and when it came in he replaced the fan motor , cleaned up the unit area. Showed me what went wrong explained what I needed to do for future homeowner maintenance and got everything set up properly. I would highly recommend this business and especially Austin.
