It has been over a year from when I had my install. I will start with the bad first. It seems when they did the roof inspection, they identified that my flat roof was not in a condition to install the panels. No one showed me this report or even informed me of this. Yet they moved forward with the install and permits. On the day of the install, 4-5 months later, their installers made videos showing that they felt the roof was not in a condition to install on. They sent me videos of them ripping the paper off my flat roof, I assume they thought it was a good idea to make the condition worst then it already was. They informed me that I needed to act on this asap cause any delay on the install would result in fees I would when to cover. Then it rained two days later and I had water pouring into my home. This was not an issue prior to them getting in my roof and ripping paper up. I had to pay a company an emergency fee to do my flat roof. Rack reps told me that would be reimbursed for this cause they caused the damage. I never got anything from the company. In fact they never even apologized for never showing me the report they had months earlier, that would have at least prepared me for this expense. I spoke to one owner for a brief time. He assured me he would call me back and to date I have not received a call. I truly am disappointed in the way they conducted their business and preformed on my home. I also found out that they don’t follow the sugars for the install correctly. I had to bring this to their attention also. So if I didn’t tell them about the wrongfully install items they would have left it like that. Now I have cracked ceiling in my home and a ceiling that’s about to fall in my back patio. I also have damaged floors inside and walls. On a good note I do like solar and think the program is great, I just wish I had a better and more honest company that did my install.

Dennis was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot and have my a/c up and running very quickly. The office service staff was responsive and courteous as well. I'm not fond of the new company pricing since Comfort Service was bought out. But, they do provide good service and responded quickly to my need since my a/c stopped working which is much needed in this summer heat.

This was our first time using Rack Electric since they acquired Comfort Service, and I was impressed from the initial phone call to the technician's arrival. The service was for my mom's home, and Dennis was fantastic—he quickly diagnosed the issue and had the AC up and running in no time. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown, especially when working with my elderly mother. As a Realtor, I’ve already recommended Rack Electric to some of my colleagues and will confidently refer them to my clients as well!

Alexis Cartagena was prompt, courteous and professional. He clearly explained what needed to be done for my generator during my annual maintenance. I have confidence in his recommendations and feel secure knowing my generator is in great shape for hurricane season.

I see number of frustrated customers with their service. We are in Naples with unfinished job. They failed inspection, nobody is coming back to fix it. Do not respond to any calls. I’m on 24/7 oxygen. There is always possibility that we may loose the power and I need this generator to be functional. All they have to do is correct a problem and fish this job. Propane tank is already in. I would like to update my review. 5 stars!! Everything has been completed and is working,just in time for rainy, stormy weather. Thank you!
