We have now utilized Willhoite Service Company twice for HVAC issues (2 different systems). They were great. They were incredibly fast, professional, knowledgeable and more than reasonably priced. Both times were situations where they could have said the problem was a much more expensive fix but were honest and efficient. For the one repair, we were under a time crunch and they came through like champs, even doing the initial visit on a Saturday. I would certainly trust them. We plan to keep working with them for any future HVAC needs.

Absolutely will recommend! They have had someone to our house within an hour of the initial call both times we have needed them this summer. Bill was absolutely wonderful. So kind and personable. Today somehow I missed the technician who came(sorry! 😳). They were kind enough to call me and try and get ahold of me and even sent someone back out (Bill!)the Friday before a long holiday weekend! Once again so kind, he remembered our family and our needs and fixed the issue quick! Everyone I’ve encountered there has been so nice! Thankful for this company!

I had a new handler put in my crawlspace earlier this year they taped it up so much have no clue where the filter is, called several time too have the technician too come out and show me where is located with no success!!! They were quick to come out when I was writing a check for a couple thousand but nothing now!!!
