Was charged nearly $1,100 for a refrigerator repair in September 2024. After three failed attempts over the course of a week, I contacted the company asking for a refund. They texted me asking for more time to solve the problem. Then they ghosted me. I ended up having to buy a brand new fridge that due to supply chain issues caused me to be out of a fridge for 2 whole months. Meanwhile, I haven’t had and returned calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and just buy a new appliance because you’ll have to anyway. This company is crooked. They need to return my money but I doubt it because I can’t even get a returned phone call.

very frustrated with this experience. Refrigerator wasn't cooling and was accumulating water on the top tray. Tech came in very polite, professional. Over $600 to fix that and a small part of the dryer. All good I thought this was a good decision. 3 weeks later the fridge stop working. He came out, didn't fix it and sent via email another invoice for almost $300.00. I said ok, I just want this fixed. No more calls, only emails saying we will call you today and then the next day , no calls. Finally scheduled an appointment to accommodate their schedule and now show no call. Even after agreeing to pay the additional invoice to get it fixed. It is so unfortunate to be dealing with unreliable companies like this. Very frustrating when you put your trust hold your side even if it feels over priced and still no response or consideration.

My technician, Pedro, from Quality Repairs was awesome! I was having trouble with my range/oven and dishwasher. He knew immediately what the problems were and fixed both. He communicated with me the approximate time of his arrival and let me know when he was on his way. The cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pedro from Quality Repairs.
