Hands down, this is the company you want to call when you have any HVAC issues. Got home from work yesterday around 6:30pm and AC not cooling (one of the hottest days...of course). I called H&H shortly thereafter expecting to schedule a time for someone to come out within the next day or two. Lacy Hembree called me back and within 45 minutes he was at my house, knew exactly what was wrong (capacitator) and in and out within 10 mins. I have NEVER encounter service like this from anyone. This guy and his company is the BEST!!! When the time comes that I have to replace my unit, this will be the company I will definitely call. Thank you again!!!

The team at H&H are fantastic. They were here quickly to give an estimate. They helped us with financing paperwork. They kept us informed about the arrival of the unit. The day they installed the unit they were here on time, worked quickly and cleaned up everything. They didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need to replace. I would highly recommend them.

I had called H &H early in the morning when I woke up sweating because the air conditioner wasn't working. They called back in the afternoon and said that he would get to me but I had to be patient because there were others ahead of me. He said he would call when he was headed my way. He came out and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. He replaced the part and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend them for there service and fair prices. It had to be one of the hottest days of the year too. Thank you Lacey for helping us.

Lacy told me what day he would be at my house to install a new gas H & Air. He was on time and done a Super Job. He instructed me about the new system and really took care of everything!! Great job!!!

We were told it was an expansion valve on our unit. We ordered it had it overnighted then called them for 3 days, no reply. They gave us a $+500 estimate, then wouldn't return our calls at all. Call Joe at Elite. He had us up and running in no time, we got to return the $100 valve too, that wasn't the problem.
