I hired Quality First to install a ductless AC unit in my garage. They have maintained my AC units for my house for years. They have installed a number of new replacement compressors and air handlers when the originals installed when the house was built rusted out. They are always professional, courteous, on time, clean up after themselves and do great work. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

We had a very positive experience with Edgar. We found him to be professional, efficient, and knowledgable, with a charming manner and a friendly, confident air, which allowed us to feel comfortable with his evaluation of the air conditioner and what it needed. We hope to see him in six month's time.

Edgar visited today for our semi annual AC service. He was on time, polite, professional and very courteous while walking around the house. Also, the office proactively calls to remind me its time for service and to schedule an apt. The apt windows are only 2 hours which is so much better then some companies where you have to wait during 4 hour windows. The office staff is helpful and efficient and I think the pricing is fair. I highly recommend this company!

Edgar is a very friendly, professional person who takes the time to explain what he is doing. Kathy, the customer service rep we coordinate our service calls with, is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes us feel valued and appreciated when we call She gets us scheduled quickly and calls if there is any issue with parts or scheduling. Came out within 24 hours of my original call was able to solve the problem quickly just for the cost of a service call. Cameron (Tech) was very professional and friendly. As a local Allstate insurance agent have the opportunity to run into many different businesses and various service levels, I was very pleased with this one

Highly recommend this company. First class business! They were prompt to our needs, very efficient and professional. We needed a new unit, I called to make appointment, they came the next day to service our old unit, it was old, within a few days we had a new unit installed. They followed up with me and always stayed in touch. A+ customer service! Thank you!

This was my first experience having service performed by Quality First, who were recommended to me by a neighbor who has exacting standards for performance. The tech arrived as scheduled, introduced himself, and started to work. I have a Carrier Infinity system and two mini-splits, one in a cabana and the other in my garage. The tech, Cameron, explained that the mini-splits weee self diagnosing u its and really did not require servicing other than cleaning of two air filters, which I could do on my own. He thoroughly flushed out the Infinity system, cleaned the coils and made sure the drains were not backed up. I had requested that the mini split in the garage be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned as it got frequent dirt going. Through it. He did a thorough job. His attitude was positive, he didn’t rush, and he was thorough. I’m glad I switched from my prior AC service company, who insisted that I had to sign a contract and have 4 services a year, and it quite expensive. And with their service techs not having longevity with the company there was no consistency from one service call to another. After this initial interaction I feel positive and can recommend.

We have now used Quality First twice, to replace our home central air conditioing system and our swimming pool heater. Both experiences were extremely positive. You may not have known this, but a swimming pool heater is a lot like a home air conditioner; it has a compressor, uses the same refrigerant, has thermostats, etc., which explains why Aquacal, the pool heating pump company referred me to Quality First when my unit needed repair. My experience with the technicians that came to our house was completely positive. So whether you want to keep your pool at 88F or your house at 72F, Quality First are the folks to call. If you want your pool at 72 and your house at 88, you probably don't need to call anyone
