Ricardo Martinez5 StarThese guys did an amazing job. I was in and out in no time they rebalanced all the air in my tires, torqued all the lug nuts properly as I asked. They were incredibly friendly and now will be the only place I go to whenever I need a tire plugged or changed. Truly an incredible spot. I’ve been to Palm Beach Tire Pros a few times now, and today I finally decided to leave a review. Every visit has been smooth, and this time was no different. I ordered a tire on Thursday morning, and they promptly called me Thursday afternoon to let me know it had arrived. I told them I’d be coming in Saturday morning, and they advised me to come as early as possible to avoid long wait times. I was even reminded to check for my wheel lock key before I leave the parking lot which I really appreciated.
They always provide great customer service and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. It's rare to find a shop that’s consistently reliable and communicative, and that’s why I keep coming back.
