J J5 StarPalm Beach Air put in my new AC unit and they did a great job! I got 3 quotes and they were the only company that didn't send a sales person but a technician to go over the entire house to see what we needed. I did spend more with them but I've never been this comfortable in my home. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new system that is going to work great.Thursday 9th June 2022
G5 StarI have been a customer of Palm Beach Air Conditioning for nearly 30 years and highly recommend them to those who need A/C service or repairs and prefer to do business with a family-owned business they can TRUST, are very polite and clean, will show up on time, diagnose your problem without trying to upsell you anything, and perform an effective repair for a fair price.
For instance, the A/C unit Mike and his team recommended and installed in 2001 is STILL going strong 20 years later (capacitor replaced 2.12.21 and I'm back in the cool air). KZ B4 StarOur air conditioner quit blowing cold recently and we called Palm Beach Air Conditioning. Jake Stuart promptly arrived and diagnosed the problem. He installed a capacitor on a Friday and by Monday we had our new unit up and running. Despite a couple of communication issues, Jake was highly professional and made sure my husband and I had all our questions and concerns addressed in an efficient manner.
