We recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible team of technicians from Palm Air, including Kevin, Chris, and their crew, to install new AC units in our home. I had to write a review today because once again Palm Air sent a great guy for my maintenance check-up…. Harold Milien! He arrived at a good time and right away was ready to help me assess a problem I was having with a neighbor’s a/c. Then he was eager to make sure my A/C was working properly! He was easy-going and friendly as well as helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you Palm Air for your great staff! And I’m including a thank you to the helpful and personable staff that answer the phones! We have always used Palm Air for our maintenance needs, but it was finally time to address the 22-year-old unit at our home. Without hesitation, we knew we would use Palm Air as they have always been kind and solved our issues quickly. But they far exceeded my expectations with this install of a new Trane unit and air handler. During the install they encountered an issue but instead of stopping to charge me more, they just fixed it. It was a two-day job but due to the professionalism of Kevin and John, I was never left without air. Both Kevin and John were respectful, answered all my questions and most of all made sure that we were taken well care of throughout the process. There is no other company I would recommend other than Palm Air. We hope to be customers for many years and look forward to them helping us maintain this beautiful new unit.

This was the best experience I have had with any AC company. Josue the sales manager was very knowledgeable and presented all the operational and pricing options available to replace our unit. He came out quickly and made it very easy for us to make an informed decision. The pricing is more than fair and their response time exceptional. A Carrier replacement was chosen and the work was scheduled quickly. Kevin and John, the technicians, arrived on time as scheduled and did an excellent job from start to finish. They completed the job in a very short time. The work area was left spotless. I liked that they also clearly explained the finer points of the new system. I highly recommend Palm Air AC.

Kevin and John arrived on time on the early end of the window I was given. They were polite and respectful of me and my residence. They worked steadily and quietly, and completed the installation of an entire new AC system in the time frame they had predicted at the start. They were careful not to track dirt into my residence. When complete, they explained the functions and helped me with the new thermostat system. I could not have asked for a better installation experience and would highly recommend Palm Air . They have been doing my maintenance for several years as well, also in a very professional manner.
