Stephen Gottlieb5 StarFrom purchase through fine tuning the mini Split system, M & S carefully managed all aspects of the installation. The piping is neat and concealed, and all aspects of the system prepared to our unique requests. The glare of the tell-tale lights is reduced to our satisfaction, and all aspects of operation explained to us more than once to give us full control here and from our other home many miles away. Well done. The best installation I've ever experienced. And they are very patient and careful. Mike Senior and Mike junior, Hector, Joseph and the rest, thank you. Cool job! Dennis Fox5 StarI want to sincerely say "THANK YOU" to your firm for my repair job today. The men were courteous, friendly & efficient. They quickly saw what was needed to do & quickly exchanged the old part. My need was somewhat unusual in that I had several other A/C firms either refuse to install the part I needed, or simply wanted to replace my entire system. One "Tech" even said that my "Ballasts" needed to be replaced! (?). No one wanted to repair my system. The whole problem was a corroded (& leaking) condensate pan. I had the original Manufacturer send the proper replacement pan, (they even included installation instructions for how to do it, so they knew it was something that could/would happen.) No A/C firms would install it. You folks did & so for that I'm thankful. You are honest & reliable. Advertise here @ Century Village Deerfield as there are about 8,500 units here, most of whom might have the very same pans replaced.
