I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Lucas Technical Air! My air conditioning unit stopped working on a sweltering hot day, Lucas and Frank were prompt, professional, and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my AC up and running in no time. Had an new register put in our hall bathroom since there was no vent. Brian and Brian did an amazing drive. Cleaned up after the work was done. Provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Would definitely use them again.

I was on vacation in our family condominium in 3/2024. The 3rd day of the vacation the heat pump failed. Given its age, it was reasonable to replace. I called our local hardware and was given the names of 3 HVAC contractors. I arranged for a few bids and chose Lucas Technical. By far, their bid was the most competitive. But, what was even more important to me, was how accessible the team was. My team included Lucas, Frank and Matt. They gave me their cards with their cell phone and encouraged me to call with questions throughout the process. The team arrived on time and were patient as they had to deal with the "condo"rules. The installation was perfect. Also, at the last minute, I also decided to replace the water tank as well, and they were quickly able to arrange for that as well, through a plumber with whom they worked. They cleaned up the area after finishing and were efficient in working with the city for the final inspection. I think Lucas Technical is a wonderful contractor and have already recommended them to a friend who just bought a condo in their service area.

My A/C went out on a Friday, of course. I called 4 other companies and they couldn’t get out until Monday. 1 did take my information put told me not to hold my breath. Luckily I contacted my neighbor who had used Lucas A/C in the past and gave high ratings. I called and was told no problem they could come out today (Saturday). I received feedback through out the day and a technician named Brain was scheduled. I received a text from Brain 20 minutes before he arrived. He came into my home with confidence and a lot of knowledge , a great personality and found the problem very quickly. He stayed and made sure everything was working correctly. I was so impressed I purchased a maintenance plan manly for the service they provided. I can’t say enough about the experience I received today. Thank you quality work and professional work ethic.

Really can't thank Lucas and his team enough for coming out and getting my ac back up and running again after several failed attempts on my end to try and save a few dollars. I have a old system and don't have the money right now to hand such a project. But Lucas was able to give me a great price to get me system up and running. Altho I still have to change out my central ac system, I know I can depend on Lucas Technical Air to be there once I'm ready to.
