If the way they drive is the way they do business, they must be horrible. This guy driving in Boca Raton on April 16th, 2024 around 3:15 pm was just jumping from one line to another one very rude without even carrying about other drivers and not using a turning signals at all. Horrible. White van #035540. Pictures here. I hope you put this guy out of streets.

Gary (owner) is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Responsive and knows what he is doing. I have and will continue to recommend Kool Ray to friends. I would have given 5 stars except I was having issues on a weekend (Sat afternoon) and when I called I was told a tech would call me shortly... but they did not contact me until Monday. Thankfully I was able to fix the problem on my own, otherwise, it would have been a rough weekend and this review would not have been as positive :)

Asked for a Yearly maintenance checkup. Was told it would be a $110 charge. The service consisted of algae deterrent tablets placed in drain pan and compressed air blown in the drain line. $110?!?! 😲TOTAL RIPOFF! I called the company for an explanation. They did not return my call as promised.

We had to hire another company to complete the repairs. We asked the owner to call us several times and he never did talk to us. They billed us and we had to pay a bill for services we did not get
