Natasha Harris5 StarStephen and Ben came out today (Stephen came out yesterday as well) and did an awesome job. They came out really quick, within a matter of just a few minutes, both times. The work they did was great and my A/C blows harder and cooler than it ever has. Both of the guys were so polite and every word Stephen spoke was always followed with a “ma’am “. They were professional but still down to earth enough to make it feel like an enjoyable visit. I highly recommend these guys!! Thank you guys so much!!Wednesday 17th June 2020
Cody Croley5 StarI called the office at 6:59 am on a Monday and asked for a service call to check for an issue with my AC. The person in the office took my info and relayed it to a tech. I received a call from the technician 20 minutes later and he stated he was on his way. He was at my house by about 7:40. That was amazingly fast service! He identified the problems and fixed it quickly. I was very impressed with the responsiveness, customer service, and technical service provided. I will definitely use them again for any future AC issues.Monday 26th July 2021
Chris Willis3 StarI had this company do a job for me and they came out and did it at a reasonable price everything was fine. Then recently I called to have another job done and had to call again and again and was repeatedly told someone would contact me and no one ever did.... so I don't know what's happening but customer service has definitely gone downhill. When you do get someone they're very nice. The question is.... can you get them to call you back after they tell you they will? I doubt it.Tuesday 23rd February 2021
