Good old fashioned customer service!!!! Cannot say enough about this company! Everyone I spoke with on the phone was kind, courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me to get our lines cleared in a condo with hours of our call. Susan was amazing! The tech Rubens was knowledgeable, patient and got the job done!!! Listen, in South Florida, air condition is important!!! quality customer service makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE when dealing with an emergency!! Thank you team for your outstanding PROMPT service, I truly appreciate it!!!

They were very pleasant and Austin came within a few hours of calling to repair my air conditioner. He was unable to repair it and explained why and spent a good bit of time trying to fix it. I hope sales and service are as easy to deal with and reasonable in price.

Never in my life have I had a tech that was so honest and breakdown everything they were doing. Borduc was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong in layman’s terms. I am so grateful to my coworker that referred you. Hands down you’re the best!!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would NOT have even given one star. This company is a fraud. I called them for a service call because the unit was not running. They came and determined it "really just needed a service". Then they charged me a service call plus a bi yearly service fee for a total of $190 to basically blow out the drain line. They told me that the technician that they send for a service makes less than the one they send for repairs, so once they had to have the "repair" tech come and perform the service they needed to charge extra. They told me I really needed to replace the unit and just kept pushing that I needed replacement. The replacement price was EXORBITANT. They just kept telling me they charge what EVERY other company charges. NOT TRUE. The wife is nasty, she does the accounting for the company. I followed my repair tech to this company and he since left because they were dishonest. I ended up getting a replacement from another company for $3,000 less than their quote, and they took off the service call from the replacement bill. This was a small unit inside a condominium, not a 5 ton unit for a house. $3,000 LESS!!!

The two technicians that performed the job in our house were not only knowledgeable but hard workers, extremely careful and clean. We are very impressed with the final product. I can honestly give 6 out 5 stars to the technicians. The organization of the company can be seeing thru the work performed. Thanks Joe & Joe Air Conditioning. SECOND TO NONE
