This business was referred to me by my brother who used them a week prior to us needing them. Any other business I called was 1.5 to 2 weeks out. The most amazing thing about this experience was the owner himself. Not only was he very forward with me about when he could make it out but was able to get to me when he said he would. He also worked past closing time to help my family get our AC working. He was able to get to us within 48 hours but technically within one workday. When he got to us he immediately got to work fixing our AC and had it fixed quickly. He is very knowledgeable and an expert in his craft and skill set. It started raining and lightning when he was on the roof but he stuck it out and came through for us. His life story is incredible and I am glad to have met someone with as much passion for his family as this man. I cannot emphasize enough how dedicated this man is to doing great work and providing great service. I highly recommend using J&J Services if you need AC work. Even if you have to wait a few days, they are well worth the wait. This may be a long review but is well deserved. Greatest Air Conditioning service in town, thank you for your exceptional work.
