We had salesmen from 5 other local companies come out and only felt comfortable. The install crew was quick and efficient and our house is now much more comfortable. The new unit was installed within two days of scheduling. Every technician was polite, respectful of our property and competent. Joan made the scheduling, permitting, and inspection process simple, and Michael assisted me in selecting the greatest air conditioner for my needs. He had our heater up and running properly within an hour.
