I work out of NYC but run my business in FL which means communication is key to running things smoothly. Today my tenant had a problem with his washer, Sam came out and fixed my washer along with having the parts which we needed on the same day. Great to finally be able to have a very responsive and a quick team/company to rely on when I’m not there. I’m very happy with the Fuse services. Shoutout to Sam for being very professional and efficient.

We needed fast service and Fuse HVAC delivered. Sam arrived as scheduled and found the problem. The part required was ordered and Sam returned the next morning, again on schedule to complete the repair. Sam was very courteous and did a fine job. Would recommend !

I hired this company to fix my dryer. They quoted me $275. I asked the technician if I should just buy a new one for $500 and he told me not to because he could fix it. He replaced a part and the dryer worked for less than a week. He came back a second time and replaced the same part. Ten days later, the dryer is dead once again. I called them and they told me that since the same part keeps breaking, it must be another issue which they do not service. I asked for a refund and was denied because "the technician did his job." The dryer doesn't work and it's been less than three weeks since they first "fixed it." I contacted my credit card company to report them for their fraudulent business practices. Do NOT patronize this company. They engage in deceptive business practices.

David and Tim were awesome! The best customer service from start to finish. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the part and have it fixed. I've already recommended them to others and will happily call them again for any appliance issues.
