I should have written this review a while back since we've used them before, but just getting around to now. It's sometimes hard to find a service company that is honest and doesn't drain your wallet. We needed urgent A/C repair on a broiling day, and contacted Friendly AC in Boca Raton at 7 pm. They were super responsive and replied back to our message within a few minutes. A tech (Shimmy) came over the next day as promised and on time. Shimmy was just amazing. Not only was he incredibly polite, professional and always smiling, he diagnosed the problem in 2 seconds, fixed the issue and also did a routine maintenance check on all units. He clearly knows A/C's like the back of his hand and didn't even need to think about the best solution. We have used them in the past and are our go to company for A/C. We've found them to be honest, no bait & switch, dependable and very fair pricing. Previously we had some AC repairs and we were always impressed at the pricing we received, To add, they were willing to work with us on some very expensive (coil replacement) work. On past jobs, they even showed me which parts could be bought on Amazon and showed me how to complete the repair myself so I'd save on a routine service call. THAT IS INTEGRITY!! Overall, def. recommend for value, knowledge & competence and honesty. I'm a homeowner, using my business google account for this review

Shimi did an excellent job, he’s very friendly and honest about what’s needed and what’s not. He’s serviced my units twice now in the past two years and Friendly A/C also installed a new unit about 5 years ago. Definitely recommend!

Two things impressed me before work even started: they could get me in that very morning, and not only that but they arrived earlier than the original timeframe. Ron was my technician: he was very friendly and took his time to explain how I could troubleshoot this issue again myself in the future. Price was only slightly higher than the quotes I got from the others I called BUT their flexibility, promptness, and the service provided was worth every penny. They are my new go-to. Thanks!

Ron was here on time and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed in in a very short period of time. He also explained the process as he went which I found very helpful. He was a delightful, respectful young man that did a GREAT job. I would highly recommend him and his company Friendly A C. I also purchased our current unit from them
