Friendly has been our go to AC service company for a couple years now. Their service is always fast, fairly priced and well done! Today, Shimi came to replace our coil and fan - and he also cleaned the unit. He did an excellent job - and our A/C is now running like a dream! Shimi was, of course, very friendly!! They are amazing. Our AC went out and after attempting to fix it, it became clear that it’s not worth fixing. They didn’t charge me for the service call and replaced the unit the same day so we have AC for the holiday. I also have rental properties in Florida and now they also maintain all my units. Robert is amazing and very knowledgeable. They make commitment and the KEEP them. It is so refreshing!!! THANK YOU FRIENDLY AC.

They live up to there name . Friendly, affordable and honest. Instead of taking my money to fix an out of warranty unit they replaced my existing unit at an affordably priced top of the line very quite unit. I have 3 units this is the 2nd one they installed . Don't waste your time shopping for a new air condition go straight to friendly.

We initially had an issue with a very high price given for a very short visit…..HOWEVER, it was handled quickly by the manager: Robert. We are very satisfied with how import our issue was to them and how they made sure we were taken care of fairly. Robert was very understanding and listened to what happened with the intention of making sure we were happy with the results. Thank you for making it right.
