was by far the most reasonably priced for the same unit others quoted me. I found Todd and his crew to be very friendly, punctual, honestly answered any question I had and didn't try to sell me unnecessary add ons. They did not rush through the installation, kept work areas very clean and even registered my unit for warranty for me. I feel they went over and beyond. What a delight to work with a company that makes an appointment in a timely fashion, texts to confirm, shows up on time and when he arrives, offers his time and expertise to diagnose a solution. In our case, the solution, is to do nothing right now. Todd could have easily spent his time suggesting a major renno. Instead, he suggested a few work arounds to try to fix the problem. vj singh5 StarA very friendly technician showed up and diagnosed the problem and then arranged to have the part expedited for next day delivery. The next day the owner Todd and the same skilled technician returned and had my AC back running in about an hour.
