Announcer5 StarWOW, WOW, WOW! I do not often write bout a company, however, Florida Cool Air Conditioning is one incredible exception. My A/C totally froze up on Wednesday of this week. I made a few calls and eventually got hold of this amazing five star company. The very next morning, Kenton was at my door around 8:00 a.m. and their professionalism started immediately. He worked with me on the price and we agreed on two and a half thousand less than any other company price quotes I had been given. This was for a top of the line full Lennox system and when he told me that he could have it installed the same day, I jumped at the opportunity. William, Michael F and Michael V were in my driveway and the work began. at 11:00 a.m. The cleanest and most amazing install it was too. All three are absolute gems, total professionals and so courteous not to mention the hardest workers. To me, this is the best five star A/C company in Florida. You will waste your time if you shop around, this is the company go with. Florida Cool, you fully deserve all the praises and five star reports coming your way and I could not be happier to have become a member of your family. Thank you, I now have a fabulous cold house, you are a true asset to south Florida. I will never use any other company except this one.Saturday 25th May 2024
Felicia Burkett5 StarThis needs to be your ONLY go to company for any AC issues. I was constantly having yearly AC issues and decided to look for a company who had not been out to do the same repair techniques other technicians had done. I came across Florida Cool late at night not expecting to be reached out as quickly as I was. First I was contacted via text confirming they received my request for service. Secondly I received a call from Ivette ( many apologies if I have the spelling wrong), who informed me they could get a technician out that day. Ivette was so unbelievably amazing on the phone I almost didn’t want the call to end after we scheduled the service. Now for the service… I am sure all the technicians are phenomenal however I had Michael Vega as my technician and I could not have been more impressed. He was the only technician to ever have checked everything on the unit numerous times to ensure he could finally get to the root of the problem. He found the issue ( which no other technician I have had come out did), which wasn’t just draining the line. What he discovered was something no other technician ever took the time to look for. I am completely grateful for having come across such a gem of a company. I will always call Florida Cool for any issues my AC has. Reese Williams5 StarOver 100 degrees on a Saturday and my air conditioner broke. My usual (now previous) AC service company was closed/unavailable for the weekend. I called Florida Cool and even though they were booked until the next morning, they found a tech that would extend his day to work me into the schedule.
Eric showed up in the expected time frame with ample communication prior via email, text, and phone. He was professional, efficient, kind, and able to get my AC working and serviced the unit while he repaired it.Saturday 18th May 2024
