Henry Block5 StarI am usually a reluctant reviewer but not in this case. FilterBuy HVAC is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with, and I have been in the property management business for decades. They provided prompt responses for providing a well-priced proposal, scheduling and installation, and provided knowledgeable information. They showed flexibility when necessary and communicated easily. The installation crew was "spot-on". The work is new but so far the follow up for minor questions has been prompt and responsive. Yole5 StarI am so thankful !Mr Jim really helped me from start to finish..A different company quoted me a model with Energy savings but wrote down a cheaper model trying to reap me up.I called to cancel the appointment scheduled with "FILTERBUY " out of curiosity ,Mr Jim asked ,"what model did you get from them ?" I sent him the info thinking that I had gotten a good deal..Thank God ! From there ,Mr Jim assisted and educated me.He really saved me.I recently became a widow.His understanding, patience,knowledge really came in handy.I would recommend this company over and over.The installer was great 👍 from arrival until done.They left the garage clean 👏 Thanks FILTERGUY HVAC .Thursday 23rd May 2024
