I had a super positive experience with Ferrara's Air, enough to stop and share this post. They went above and beyond--My AC needed a new compressor, and they helped me get a replacement under the warranty saving me $, but I also found they were super customer-centric through the whole process--The initial visit with Jose was easy, he was super friendly and knowledgeable, and then I met Tony, the owner, and he was super cool and friendly also, providing ideal problem resolution and guidance towards the right "economical" solution. Highly recommend them, they go above and beyond in customer service and providing a solution.

Tony and his crew are excellent. Tony spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining the nuances of all the different AC units they can install. He answered every question I threw at him, and explained what sets his company apart without bragging. I found out he is constantly educating himself via professional training courses and passing this valuable information to his team. When it came time for the installation, Erik and Kenyon arrived at my house on time and are true professionals. They performed the highest quality work, which is very difficult to find nowadays. As long as Tony and his crew are around, I will never use anyone else for AC work. Thank you guys for a truly great experience!
