Mathieu is very knowledgeable of all types of conditions. He is very reliable. Last summer my A/C called it quits on me while I was 6 months pregnant. I called Mathieu at 10 p.m. at night and he came to my house the very next day. Within that day I had a brand new A/C cool air at my house. Thank you Mathieu for keeping my family and I cold. Keep up the Great service.

So glad my friend told me about him, Our Air was out using portables, and the summer heat is on could not take another hot day..Experience Air went above and beyond to make sure I got a new unit and cooled us down, fast install..cold air..pulled the city permit and passed 1st inspection! Mathieu left some trash and dirt in the installation area, along with a bottle of fish oil capsules. I'm not sure why he thinks he's never worked for me if he doesn't know who I am, but I hope he'll clean up after himself better in the future.

Very satisfied with the service. Very punctual and installed our new AC unit (including permit) within the date he promised. Imagine not having any AC in the middle of summer. Thanks to Experience Air AC, we only had to suffer for a couple of days.
