First class service right from the start! Reese and Maria answered my call and took all my information. Both were very professional and super sweet on the phone. Gigi called me back to book the appointment. She was also very sweet and accommodating of my schedule. Dakota came out to fix my main water valve issue. He called ahead of time (I also received a text) to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and extremely thorough! He explained everything in detail to me before and gave me a great quote. He got to work immediately. I will never call anyone else besides Erica’s again! First class service, first class company! I would highly recommend for any plumbing need!!

I needed Erica’s plumbing to come by the house and replace cast iron pipes in my master bathroom (60 year old house) that failed. In parallel with the replacement they needed to help with the bathroom renovation that included creating a shower where a closet resided as well as a toilet and vanity connection. Erica’s sent out Terrance and Pedro to complete the majority of the work. It took about three days of work to replace the pipes in our crawl space and change the footprint in the bathroom. I was so happy to have these guys working the job. They made it seem easy to do and had great suggestions for spacing and pipe placement. They came back out a week or so after the pipes were completed to install the vanity which was carelessly delivered in a giant thousand pound box at our front door. Terrance, Pedro and Dakota moved it in like nothing and got it up and running. If any plumbing issues pop back up in other parts of the house, I will call Erica’s without a question. Would absolutely recommend.

I hired Erica's Plumbing to install a house water filtration system and Anthony was amazing in explaining all options and getting my system installed asap. My drinking water tastes great and I feel I've stepped up my health by making the choice to get my water filtrated at the source of where it enters my house. It was pricey, but was given a nice discount too and now I have peace of mind that I no longer have to drink plastic bottled water which I was suspecting might be making me feel sick.
