Tech arrived and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. He determined our heater was not repairable and gave us information on the correct replacement and didn't charge us for the call. Rome is a top quality firm with techs who know their profession.

Recommended by a friend, we took a shot with Rome. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. We agreed on a price (much less expensive than a competitor) and scheduled immediately for a full replacement of the existing system. Some modifications were required that made for a LONG day and some additional help needed to be brought in. All said and done it works perfectly and we are happy with the results. No surprises with the quoted price which is always a treat.

Am a long time customer because we always receive high quality service from Rome Aire. Keystone did a good job offering us several selections to choose from and answering all of my questions as well as pointing out the advantages of each system. Installation of the new system was done very professionally and with high quality. James gave a complete overview and answered all questions I had. The site was completely cleaned up like they were never here. Very satisfied with the whole process.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with Emerald Home Services. Both my neighbor and I were having pool heater problems at the same time They were able to schedule an appointment to come check out both pool heaters within days of my initial call. Chad quickly made the assessment and was honest enough to tell me that it didn’t make sense to put any money into my 15 year old heater. He worked with, me and my neighbor to give us a really good price for a replacement. Chad and Mike were here exactly on time to install the new heaters. And to show us how to run them. I would highly recommend this company.

Emerald Home Services had recently bought or absorbed Rome Aire, which was a great company and took care of my pool heater. The technician came and diagnosed a bad water pressure sensor. He told me that parts might be hard to find, despite the fact that my heater is only 8 years old and is still produced by Thermeau. He charged me for the visit and the replacement of the sensor($287). This was Friday so on Monday I called the company to see the status. No info was available and no one called back. I do have to say that Jessica, who I spoke to several times, was wonderful and I believe she did as much as she could to help me. That day I called the manufacturer and ordered the part, receiving it the next day. I called Emerald again, thinking I could have them install the part I had. Again, no one called me back so I did the work myself. Pretty simple actually. Today I called to request a refund for the service that didn’t occur. I have no problem paying for the service call. Disappointed in the lack of follow up and being charged for a service prior to it being performed.
