My appointment was scheduled between 2 o’clock and 4 o’clock, he was here at 11 o’clock (three hours early) Took care of everything that needed to be fixed, didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of nonsense. Their attention to detail and professionalism were superior to any other AC companies I have dealt with in the past. Victoria Walter1 StarI called East Coast Services on a Saturday because my AC line was clogged and I wanted it cleaned that same day. Good news - they were available same day. Bad news - they blew the AC drain line pipe, which we discovered next morning; by that time water was dripping from the selling in the downstairs room. I called the company again and left voicemail. It's been a week, I still haven't heard back.
A different company thankfully was able to come and fix the drain pipe. Now I need to replace half the selling in that room, repaint and replace a side table and a speaker that were ruined by the water damage.
Needless to say, I do not recommend this company to anyone.Monday 7th July 2025
