I needed it fixed immediately since I had a 2 week old newborn and a 1 year old at home while the forcast said it would be a high of 97 degrees. Louise was helpful and kind in connecting with me and updating me when I would expect service. And Rick was great in explaining and fixing the issue. All for a low reasonable price.
