Scott Neal5 StarThe technicians at direct cooling did a phenomenal job fixing my air conditioning unit. They troubleshooted my unit perfectly to solve the issue. I have a contract with them for the next year, which will keep my air conditioner to it's optimal performance, they're by extending the life of my unit as well. bruce goldstein5 StarI had a very challenging problem with my A/C last Friday, but Dwayne (DJ)came out not once but twice to resolve the issue. He worked for a number of hours non stop till he rebuilt old pipes and now my A/C works like a charm!! DJ never complained and he was polite and efficient!
I highly recommend Direct Cooling; and I know who to call if I have any issues in the future!Monday 1st April 2024
David Goloski5 StarThe BEST of the BEST. They responded immediately, were there very quickly. Frank and DJ both assessed the problem; and informed me each step of what they were doing and why it was necessary. They didn’t push any additional services down my throat, but did tell me what to plan for the future. They resolved my issues rather quickly and the effect was felt immediately. Direct cooling was prompt, competent fair, clean, and excelled in customer service. As far as I’m concerned this is the only option if you have AC needs.Friday 12th January 2024
