David Adelman5 StarI was skeptical going with a big box company over my usual AC service guy but boy am I glad I did. From start to finish the experience was smooth and organized. Donald came and gave us their estimate which beat the competition . On top of that they were the ONLY company that came out and actually looked at our ducts to properly size our unit . Turns out our 20 year old unit was too large for our home at least by today's standards . Donald's in depth knowledge and availability to answer all my questions was the determining factor for us over the other 3 estimates I received. Installation was smooth and so far so good with the unit! Even the permitting process was super organized. Will be setting up a service contract with them in the future for sure . Cynthia McDonald5 StarJoshua did an excellent job. He was super knowledgeable and professional. I received a call from him advising he was 15 minutes away from my house. (My appointment window was from 12pm -2pm) he showed up at 12pm 😊. I finally have cold air again. Happy camper. It is 100 degrees outside and it is not even summer yet 😒. Jay Edelstein5 StarActually arrived early after a notification phone call and was extremely professional and patient.
He was even able to get warranty coverage for the part.
Cousins returned today to install the new motor and blower on my air-conditioning system.
If there was a better rating available than excellent, I would give it to them. From the office staff to the service techs, I have never hired a company I was more impressed with than Cousins.
Do yourself a favor, and don’t try to call around and save 20 bucks. There is no better company down here.

Adeline Yanello5 StarAdair did a great job on our emergency call He spent an hour correcting all the problems the previous technician didn't do on our regular service in February. The previous technician left the house as if it was on fire. Please never send him because I'll only chase him quicker than the "service" he provided. Please send Adair whenever we're due for regular service because he treated our house as if it was his own.Sunday 12th May 2024
