I had the opportunity to use County Line Air to completely install an entire air conditioning system in a newly constructed house. I was a cautious consumer and compared the price quotes and service history of several companies before going with County Line Air. They installed 100% of my air conditioning system including all duct work, air returns, inside and outside units. The system has been in for close to four years and in addition to working great I have not had a single maintenance issue. I recommend County Line Air for all of your Air Conditioning needs. County Line Air is amazing!!! My unit was fixed quickly and they provided excellent service. I highly recommend this company! Very friendly and professional! Thank you so much! The owner Matt came out immediately and fixed a problem another company couldn’t. I look forward to using this company again!! I had contacted County Line Air to come out and diagnose the issue with my A/C. Matt showed up on-time, very professional and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. At the time, we needed a whole new compressor. We weren’t ready at the moment to make the decision, so we told him we would let him know. In addition, once we made a decision, he would take off the $79.00 (cost of the visit) and put it towards the final bill when we have everything fixed. He took down the serial numbers of our unit and called us shortly after to make us aware that the parts were still under warranty! Without him letting us know, we would have waited and it would have been too late. I loved the fact that he wasn’t “pushy” and let us decide what we wanted to do instead of making a rash decision. When looking for someone to work on my home (I am VERY picky!) – they must be licensed, professional, kind and trust-worthy. I would refer him to anyone who needed help with their A/C. It’s a real shame that Matt and County Line AC conducts business in the manner in which they seem is suitable. We have a second home in Rio Vista and the Filters needed to be replaced. I sent pictures to Matt and Matt told me exactly what I needed, sent me an invoice and I payed the $250 invoice but Matt ordered the wrong size. Matt has decided not to order the right filters until I pay for another set at $250. Poor service, Poor communications, expensive and apparently incompetent to try and make a mistake good.

Matt and his team from County Line are top notch. They were able to come out the same day I called for a quote on a new AC system after mine failed. They setup financing and installed a new system within a few days, which in the current climate of supply chain shortages is nothing short of amazing. To top it all off they actually showed up early on the day they said they would, which in south Florida is almost unheard of. Fast clean and knowledgeable. If you need a AC company this is the one, they will not disappoint.

This is a horrible company the owner is greedy and over priced and loves to price gouge . They take advantage of you if you’re in a situation with no air so they use your tough situation of not having air-conditioning in the middle of the summer and price gouge you . They wanted to charge $360 for a service call ( that was the owners quote )just to come out on the weekend when you can go to countless air conditioning companies like AMBASSADOR air which is a great air-conditioning company that only charges you $65 whether it’s the weekend or not to do a service call. The owner takes advantage of people that are in dire need of air so he price Gouges . They also quoted me $10-$15,000 for a new unit a yr ago when you can get the same unit that he quoted you for $7000 installed out the door .. So many more reputable companies other than County line air. I do not recommend this company due to the owners incompetence , deceiving customers and dishonesty. What’s even more disgusting is I have an 80-year-old family member and he left us without air for the weekend Because we wouldn’t pay almost $400 for a emergency service call that he called an emergency weekend service call so that’s his new verbiage on how he’s gonna price gouge you and calling it the NEW emergency service call. ( I also wanna add that we are a long time reliable customer of county-line 10yr+ So we were quite angry seeing this greed ) . So let me just say this we priced out several different air-conditioning companies and found a really great company called AMBASSADOR but with that said all the other air conditioning companies only charged $65-$90 for service calls whether it was the weekend or not.Very different from the Disgraceful price of $360 to do a service call on a Saturday morning from County line air-conditioning Do not use County line Air. . The owner will rip you off. We cannot let these air conditioning companies like country line air take advantage of us . There are so many other more fare and Competent air-conditioning companies out there other than county line air . DO NOT USE
