I can't recommend this furnace repair service enough! They've handled everything from replacing and installing my furnace and water heater to setting up my humidifier. I always look forward to my regular maintenance checks in the fall and spring. I have full trust in them. Today, Erik replaced my water filter after maintaining my other equipment. He is a true professional! His knowledge and skill are unquestionable, and I trust him to only give the best advice. This company always takes the time to research, price, and discuss the pros and cons with me before making any recommendations. Plus, whenever I reach out, I'm reassured that help will arrive promptly as needed. I am absolutely satisfied!

Upon buying our new home, we invited several firms to inspect our troubled AC unit. It was struggling to cool effectively. Interestingly, three out of four firms advised us to replace both our units and even provided quotations. However, the team from Comfort Masters HVAC Repair (Erik) took a different approach. Rather than rushing to replace the units, Erik took the time to thoroughly test them. He added some freon and capped the lines. This allowed us to continue using the units for an additional three years before actual replacement was necessary. Comfort Masters HVAC Repair was the first company we reached out to when replacement was finally needed. Having serviced our home for over a decade, we have immense trust in their expertise and professionalism. I never miss an opportunity to recommend them. They are an outstanding company to work with.

Our journey with our HVAC service provider began with an oil to gas heating system transition, guided by Collin. Our old, cumbersome furnace was replaced with a cutting-edge, computerized boiler and an indirect water heater. Additionally, we switched our system from steam to hot water. Bernard was our main contact during the on-site work, overseeing the installation of a lot of new pipework. The second project was the installation of a whole-house generator, where Bernard and his team once again excelled in setting up the necessary pipework in a different area. Erik, a fantastic electrician, was brought on board when we hit a small snag that required the electrical panel to be replaced. He handled it with great professionalism and speed. All tasks were carried out with utmost care, respecting the age and integrity of our 87-year-old home in Boca Raton. We are very satisfied with all the work completed. My spouse particularly enjoys discussing job details with Bernard, who is always open and engaging. Finally, kudos to the office team, for their efficient scheduling and invoicing of the jobs. Overall, we had a great experience with our HVAC system upgrade.

Our heater gave up the ghost right in the middle of winter. I was pointed in the direction of Comfort Masters HVAC Repair and promptly got in contact with Jamie. Despite his busy schedule, Jamie still made time to respond promptly and was able to come out to inspect the heater the same day. He diagnosed the issue almost instantly. It turned out that our nearly three-decade old heater was on its last leg - after discussing various options, I decided to replace the unit. Just about four hours later, I found myself the proud owner of a new, fully operational heater. Jamie was focused, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. You could tell he really knows his way around heater repair.

Jamie and his team showed up on time and took great measures to keep my Boca Raton condo clean by neatly arranging their tools and walkway. They examined the work carried out by the former AC repair service and promptly pointed out areas for enhancement. They managed to streamline and organize what the previous service couldn't. All team members, including Erik, Collin, Bernard, and Jamie, conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. They were outstanding individuals to have on board for getting the AC repair project completed successfully.
