We always have an amazing experience with this company. Highly recommend them. Brian and Sam came over to my mother’s house today, they did the repairs quickly and efficiently, they explained everything, and it’s an honest work. Highly recommend them. Edited 4/23/2024 — Also wanted to add that back in October 2022, B&W installed a new two-stage Rheem AC unit and an indoor air quality system iWave in my house. Daniel and Mike did a great job! They also came back again to put in a new duct from the garage to the master bedroom, so now my master bedroom (on the opposite side of the house) is nice and cold! Daniel explained everything, they wore shoe covers inside my house, and cleaned up everything when the job was done. I appreciated that. Thank you for the professional and friendly service! Hard to find a reliable and honest company. Keep up the good work!

Words cannot express the prompt and timely visits, professionalism, email & text notifications, easy communications, courtesy and more. I’m a resident for over 53? Years and finding a company like BW Air with the ethics, integrity, and customer service in south Florida is extremely rare. Highly recommend them!

My family has been using BW air for more than two decades at this point, so this review is well overdue. I can’t explain how appreciative I am of Brian, Jorge and all the other guys that have came out and got my AC running the same day. It’s impossible to find reliable people in south Florida, but BW completely hits it out of the park. No matter who you talk to from the office staff to the field techs, they are all personable and have a good attitude. Their service plan is a solid deal, and they are very transparent and trustworthy about the condition of parts and whether or not they need to be replaced. A big thank you to everyone at BW air who makes the wheels turn over there. You are so appreciated for the hard word.

5 stars is simply not enough praise for this company! BW Air is a family run business who not only is extremely knowledgeable, but they are fast, courteous, and efficient. We have no idea what we would do without this company’s response to our company’s needs. We are a family run business for over 40 years, and when we need help with our air conditioning, BW is there for us! Ed V., who’s the office manager is so polite and understands urgent needs, but through his suggestion, he set us up on a scheduled maintenance program that has literally saved us volumes of money. Not only that, but you are confident when Brian, the Sr. Technician, shows up to a service call! Brian knows and understands this equipment inside and out. Honestly, just that in itself is amazing because you can’t save a business or homeowner money if you aren’t experienced in the equipment. Brian has been so informative and always working to keep our system running at the lowest cost. BW Air is also our home provider of choice. We tell all our friends and family about BW Air and feel we refer to the best in town! Thank you BW Air Conditioning, to Fabio, Ed, Brian and the entire Team.

For nearly 10 years, we’ve been very satisfied customers of BW Air Conditioning. They are responsive, friendly and reasonably-priced. Moreover, they proactively address our A/C needs, helping us to maintain efficient and high quality output from our HVAC system. Brian and the other skilled technicians are a pleasure to work with and, over the many years, have come to feel like old friends. We certainly recommend them without any reservations.
