Kim was very professional and also just a nice guy. We needed air purification for bad odor and possible mold. He took the time to thoroughly check the air quality throughout our condo. Very positive experience and am looking forward to having Marks Heating & Air Conditioning Co come back to install the new equipment.

We had Robert from Marks Heating & Air Conditioning Co and he was great! We have a programmable and zones digital thermostat that badly needed upgraded. He came out and solved the problem and did a follow up on it to make sure it was upgraded and working properly! I would recommend him to anyone!

From the moment Dan showed I really felt that I was in good hands. Other than that, they are rich with various HVAC products, spoilt for choice for any client. I got to make inquiries for A/Cs and heaters, they gave me very friendly quotations and their products were on point. We scheduled a date for installation. Dan and his crew arrived on time, did their survey, identified the best spot and installed the system. Am so glad I trusted them with the job for they weren’t a disappointment at all.

They were able to fix the problem quickly and get me back up and running with heat within a couple days of calling them. The only thing I would say is that it could have taken longer to get back up and running once they did fix the problem but overall it was still very quick.
