Air went out on a Sunday morning called Garner and within and hour came out. Luckily only a part needed to be replaced and He had it on his truck. Very friendly and price was very reasonable. Will definitely call him again in future. Thanks so much Garner Heat and cooling. 😁

Garner Heating & Cooling came to my home, checked our unit, said the compressor was shot and we needed a whole new system. He was paid $75 cash for service charge, I received no receipt. A few days later another gentleman came by and within five minutes my system was working like new. I called Garner and told the man on the line what happened and I would like my money back. He agreed on a day and time to bring it to my home but never showed up or even gave me a call. That's been two weeks ago. I wouldn't recommend Garner Heating and Cooling to anyone. We were lied to and taken for $75 cash. May not amount to much to some people, but I worked for that money. He certainly didn't.

Travis literally saved me thousands of dollars in 30 minutes. I had 10 to 15 HVAC companies ranging from the big-fleet groups that advertise all the time to one-man operations assess my HVAC unit. It had inconsistently worked on-again and off-again over the last two years. Every single one of them insisted I needed a new unit. Prices ranged from $5,000 to $15,000. Finally, someone recommended Travis at Garner Heating and Cooling. He came out, sized up my outside unit, and said whoever had been working on it overcharged the unit with coolant, which was why it wasn't operating. He simply bled off the access coolant and it started working like a charm. That was back in October. It's now late March and my unit hasn't missed a beat. With his service call around $70 (it may have been less) I figured Travis saved me a minimum of $4,900 and a maximum of $14,930 in one service call for a new unit I didn't have to buy. He also took time to explain how these big-name companies with the fleet of trucks who advertise on radio and TV all the time pay their technicians a small base rate, but give them big commissions if they sell a heating and cooling unit, whether you need one or not. Travis worked for a few of them and knows the inside baseball. He knows the drill. I know my drill from now on is to call him for any and all of my HVAC needs.

Mr. Travis was very professional and fixed our AC. We appreciate that he will work hard to get a part and doesn't try to push a new system. Would highly recommend Garner Heating and Cooling.
