Excellent service from Avi Appliance Repair! When our washer broke down, I called and spoke with Petr who was able to diagnose the issue right over the phone. He came out the very next day, replaced one part, but then realized he needed an additional part. Instead of charging extra, he ordered the part at no charge and returned the following day to complete the repair. Petr was incredibly honest, upfront, and fair throughout the entire process. His integrity and professionalism really stood out. I would absolutely trust Avi Appliance Repair with any household issue. Petr is a rock star - highly recommend!

I called this morning because the latch on my microwave door stopped working. Spoke to Peter who gave me an approximate time that he would be at my home today. True to his word, he showed up on time, was able to take care of my microwave door which saved us hundreds of dollars since it was an over the stove microwave and we would have had to take down some of the tire work as well. Reasonable pricing and very kind and efficient! I will be calling him again, if I need the work done, and referring him to my neighbors. Great experience!

Petr provides excellent service in a highly professional manner. Our dryer stopped heating. Once disassembled he showed us the broken heating element which he replaced. He cleaned up the inside of the unit and then also cleaned our dryer vent up to the rooftop exhaust. He explained everything clearly and did not try to sell unnecessary service. I thought the price was fair given the length of time for the complete service. Highly recommend! And it’s nice to use a local small business!

Leo notified me when he was on his way and did arrive withing the specified time frame. He was careful and mindful of my house. It took him quite a while to get to the problem, but hopefully it has been solved. I believe Leo did a good job.
