This is my second time in 3months using this company... Last time James fixed my dishwasher and I was extremely pleased w/ the service (and I kept the magnet on my refrigerator)... Now 3 months later one of the burners on my glass top stove was not working properly... I called James again and to no surprise he came over the same day (which happened to be a Sunday).. Within moments he explained what was wrong (great diagnostician) and told me he can get the part and install it as soon as his warehouse opened... he contacted me this morning and said he has the part and within the nest hour it was installed... This gentlemen is intelligent, professional and very fair on pricing as well... this magnet is definitely a staple on my fridge! (although he's in my cell too!) Do not hesitate this company is amazing! Thank you once again James for the excellent quality of work you provide...

James is our go-to for every appliance. He is communicative, makes appointments quickly, and always has a solution (fixes it immediately or orders a part quickly). He is quiet and some may read that as cold but he’s not. He’s direct, honest, and will nerd out with you over old appliances from the 80s (still working better than the new fridges!). He’s fixed our dishwasher, gas range, fridge, and washer dryer. I trust him and his advice implicitly.
