You would think by calling a big company? You would get the best service for most accurate information. But they charge you a $100 to come to your home and straight up. Lie to you, I had a technician. Come tell me, I need a new unit or a compressor that would cost $3700 or a new unit that would cost $7000. Called another company and all I needed was an acid wash for $300. This company. Is highly dishonest. I recommend you call anybody else, but then in this time.Life is hard enough to pay a hundred dollars to be told a bunch of lies for that amount of money they can at least be truthful

I am in Alabama and my AC went out at home and my mother is there by herself . ARC I was referred to air around the clock by a friend because they are efficient and get the best prices and get the job done quickly, which is what I needed. I called the office and spoke to Lynn and she got me on the route quickly the same day they were at my house in no time. Nathan is amazing. He called me with every step and explained everything to me. Tell me what I needed and what I didn’t need. I connected with Elvis for financing and he did his magic and helped me out to get me approved. thank you to the owner, who looked out for a single mom who is a school teacher to get this job done this weekend. thank you air around the clock your staff is great!!!!!

I’ve been with air around the clock for 16 years, and continue to be very satisfied with their services. I recently had a new hvac system installed, and the quality of service and work performed was exceptional. Thanks to Greg for his no-nonsense, direct approach in quoting me for a new system - no upselling, no hidden fees. Thanks to the installers - Markenley and his team member (apologies for not remembering his name). Both were prompt, courteous, and very skilled at their work. Thanks to Katheryn in customer service for quickly resolving a minor issue, and Julian for the quick haul a way. From start to finish, I was happy with the speed that the team operated. Everyone was on point and my new hvac system is great.

One of the Around the Clock technicians, Pedro, recently came to my residence and informed me that my air conditioner’s warranty was about to expire. He recommended purchasing their extended warranty and took the time to clearly explain all the benefits. Pedro was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I appreciated his honest advice and the way he helped me understand my options. Great service!
