I needed a new Rheem heating/airconditioning unit, and the only place I could find one that was the closest to my hometown was Aaron Britt in Paragould, Arkansas. I called him, and he said he didn't come to Doniphan much, but he would, if I bought the Rheem. I also asked him if he serviced it, etc., at least once a year. He told me yes, whenever I needed him to do so. After he installed it, I never heard from him again. The thermostat quit working, and I called him, but his wife, Taylor Britt, answered the phone, put me on hold, called him, then told me he said to shut down the breaker box! Never heard from him at all. I called back later and told her the thermostat had started working but I didn't know for how long. I kept waiting for him to call and tell me when he was coming to repair and check it, but he didn't. I kept calling, and finally Taylor Britt told me she would put me on the "List". In fact she told me Britt NEVER comes to Doniphan!! The thermostat quit working a year and a half after I bought it, and he never came up to replace it or check it out. Thank goodness it started working again. I've called and left messages, called and talked to his wife but to no avail. It's been over two years, and I've never seen him since he installed it. This man is a deceiver of people. He will tell you whatever you want until he gets the sale.....then he's gone. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas.
